Managed successfully various small, medium and large Projects and Turnarounds via real-time Management Controls and Processes to ensure production and HSE efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. Developed and partnered various SME Turnaround Companies to attain “improve quartile” performance and execution excellently. Workforce ranged from 50-4500 POB.

Project and Performance Management, oversee regional and foreign operations of Turnarounds planning and execution, including evaluating assurances, operating and financial performance. Approve company operational procedures, policies, and standards. Execution of numerous Community development type projects, training and technical and skill training for locals.
