Project Details

Successfully managed Refinery Turnarounds/Shutdowns, Upgrades, Revamps, Modifications, & Offsite Pipeline projects. Implementation of Planning and Execution of Turnarounds in accordance with Company, Statutory, Union, Industrial standards & procedures. Develop and implement Turnaround strategies for asset integrity assurance, achievement of strategic objectives and maximization of plant availability. Successful Community development and local content programs.

Developed and implemented Turnaround strategy, 10-year Master Plan and related work processes. Multidisciplinary team of 50+ fulltime professionals and 300-4000 POB during the Turnaround execution stage. Budget Responsibility and financial authority of estimated values: OPEX-USD$25M, CAPEX-USD$25M and Non-recurrent budget-USD$100M. With focus on Goal Zero in HSE; Zero LTIs and no harm to people environment and plant.
